Current Practice
I specialize in working with individuals and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem and divorce. My training and experience is in a variety of treatment modalities including:

Through compassion, humor and insight, I offer an environment of respect and safety where the client has an active voice. Moreover, all services are conducted in a professional and confidential manner and setting.
Because every person is unique, so is their situation or struggle. Therefore, I believe in offering an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing on a variety of techniques in order to better find each person’s best “plan.”
